Herbsjoy.com (Herbsjoy Natural Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) is the brainchild of our founder and CEO, Ravinder. He wanted to come up with a solution to avoid the side effects and toxicity caused due to allopathic medications and this quest led him to the altar of Ayurveda and other natural systems of medicine that have flourished since the ancient times. He was astounded to realize that Ayurveda has always been a safe and effective answer to modern ailments.
Ayurveda was well aware of the lifestyle diseases even 5,000 years ago. For example, in Ayurveda, Diabetes was already known as Madhumeha. Precise formulations were used to correct the ailment.
Three basic principles of Aahaar (Diet), Vihaar (Lifestyle) and Aushadhi (Medicine) are the foundation of Ayurveda. This order is absolutely critical. We believe that if we do not correct our diet and lifestyle, any medicine can work in an effective manner. Medicine or Aushadhi is just a catalyst to speed up the correction of our diet and lifestyle.
